When some contributors contributed some plug-ins they where written in C# (as .NET allows the mixing of .NET languages). When the torch was passed on the new code was mostly written in C#. Well, so i will merge everything to c#. Waiting for ME/PE release API ^^

I think it's missing at the moment and contribution looks more difficult =/

Blueprint Manager overview in Prism could be replace using the new /char/blueprint and /corp/blueprint whose content name, location name, specific location name, me , pe and more instead of the current process which search for BP in assets API. In the latest release of EveHQ, prism is broken because ME/PE could not been set.
