Anybody know why EveHQ is mixing C# and VB ?
I'm trying to fix few issues due to latest API modifications. |

I'm trying to fix few issues due to latest API modifications. EveHQ started development by using VB . When some contributors contributed some plug-ins they where written in C# (as .NET allows the mixing of .NET languages). When the torch was passed on the new code was mostly written in C#.
Well, so i will merge everything to c#. Waiting for ME/PE release API ^^ |

I'm not sure how long this will take or even how it will be deployed, but I'll make a start and see what happens in the meantime.
After seeing EVEHQ code, i know that is crazy difficult to maintain it if you never work inside it before. But if I can help you in few tasks / debug I will be happy =)
During my investigation, i saw few code which should be deprecated like legacy API project but which still be use. Plus, as a feature, I think that using wpf instead of dotnetbar for UI could be a plus for further maintain. The first is a standard, the second require a licence, so...
Another things which could be grateful is a roadmap / todo up to date to know what is expect, on which feature your are working on, what is planned or which feature has been reject...
I think it's missing at the moment and contribution looks more difficult =/ |

Total agree. Blueprint Manager overview in Prism could be replace using the new /char/blueprint and /corp/blueprint whose content name, location name, specific location name, me , pe and more instead of the current process which search for BP in assets API.
In the latest release of EveHQ, prism is broken because ME/PE could not been set. |

Why webifying EveHQ ? there are few website how already combine those feature. EveHQ still the best EVE tool app' and for latest commit i've seen, it became more mobile, therefore should still as a app. |

I will try to check out more tonight. Thanks for the feedback, I was starting to think it was everybody who was having startup issues!
Just for information, do we use evehq tracker or your bucket tracker for bug report ? I'm in office, so will test features this night. |
